February Fun and Tubberware Trouble

Here is a compilation of all the trouble Landon has gotten into around the house during the month of February.  I just decided to make one long Landon post, like usual!  On those days when we don't get outside because it is too cold or rainy Landon has fun wrecking the entire house, simply because his toys are not as much fun as everything else hiding in cupboards, shelves, or drawers.  Here is a picture of an improvised toy.  What can I say Landon loves cords so what could be better than pulling around mixers by their cords?  Probably only the computer, but Mom is a little more protective of it.

What?!? Those paper towels were unrolled on the floor before I pulled this chair over to the holder.  Just look at that expression I'm totally innocent.

Here's some cute video of things Landon likes to do when bored around the house.  He has decided he loves hauling around that wagon and anything involving water is a hit with Landon.  The sink, showers, and bathtub you name it he is into it!

What are friends for, except to dance on the table with you.  This is Grant and Landon having a little fun together.  Landon has climbed on the tables before, but he had a lot more fun with Grant there.  They just danced and climbed all over.  It's great to have a good friend to play with whether at our house or at the park.

The camera, another forbidden entity, but oh so enticing!  Obviously he just has the case, but he still thinks that it's off limits.

He has ruined several chap sticks, this being one of them.  He does at first use it like mommy and daddy putting it on his lips, but then he digs at it with his finger.  Presto, end of chap stick!

When all else fails and there is nothing else to do, us Shuldbergs can always eat!  The perfect thing to do on an indoor day!  J/K

Today Landon also spread all the dogfood all over the floor, a common occurrence.  He pulled out all the tupperware out of the cupboard and spread it all over the floor and then climbed in the cupboard and started opening and closing it.  He laughed and laughed and loved every minute.  We sure love his personality, he always keeps us on our toes and laughing.  I apologize for how long this video is, you know us, doting parents.  But if you get bored there is two videos so skip to the second, it's hilarious.  Landon is running around in circles with tupperware on his head.  I guess Landon goes a little crazy without his daddy around.  These were both taken when Jace was in California, but more of that next post!

Bad Week

This Sunday Landon's nose was running.  I wasn't worried and then that night we started coughing.  He had croup which led to several terrible nights with not much sleep.  Not to mention that I got a cold from Landon.  Being a mom isn't much fun when both of you are sick.  So it was a rough week.  Here is Landon on Monday, we just put him in some comfy clothes and he was playing with a pacifier he found.

Zoo and Birthday Party

We finally had a nice sunny day so we went to the zoo.  The orangutang was being really playful and hanging out, so we snapped a picture.

There was construction going on at the zoo and Landon loved it.  He was transfixed by the big equipment and loved it even more than the animals.  Just a true boy!

Birthday Party
The next day we all got together for a party for 3 of the kids who had birthdays recently, Shane, Sydney, and Zack.  It was a lot of fun we played cookie on a string, pin the tail on the donkey, and we had a pinata.  Then we had great cupcakes that all the kids enjoyed.

Shane, Zack, Sydney, and Jack

Here's a few pictures of the kids that really got into the cupcakes!  So cute and mm mm good.
Landon really focused!

Brielle has such cute pigtails.

Avery got cupcake smeared all over her face.

Nicole enjoying the party favors, guess she can't quite blow it out yet, neither could Landon even though he tried to.

Accesorizing

Landon has recently discovered a love of wearing all our gear.  This is a hat that I got for Jace and he never wears, but Landon happens to love it.  Isn't he absolutely adorable in it?
GO CARDINALS!

1/27 - One day Landon just tried to put on Jace's shoes all by himself.  He got one on, but I had to help him get the second one on.  Ever since then he keeps trying on shoes and shuffling around in them.

Then the best was on 2/8 when after church he came out wearing my high heels all by himself.  I guess he likes pretty shoes because then another Sunday I got new high heels and he tried them on after church and then he kept trying to get me to put them back on.  He even tried to get his dad to put them on.  I guess there is nothing better than shiny, new, high heels.

We had these old 3D glasses from the movies and we had them out and Landon decided that he loved them.  So he was playing with them and decided to be cute and entirely too photogenic.  He almost looks like a little Albert Einstein with the messy hair and glasses.

The last accessory is a must have for every young boy.  A four wheeler of course!  The boys in his dad's family do go to Moab as much as they can get together, although it has been a few years.  We went to the boat and RV show in Louisville the weekend after the big ice storm so we could let Landon run free and so we could dream big!    It was a lot of fun although I had never been on a $500,000 boat before.  Landon found something he loved too, as you can see.
