Thanksgiving 2008

You've never had a full house until you've had 10 people and 6 kids in one house for 3 1/2 days!  But even packed in we had a blast or maybe it was because we were all so close that we had so much fun.  Here's all of us all dressed up for Kourtney's blessing.

Here is the happy couple and the beautiful little Kourtney after her blessing.

The Thanksgiving spread, it sure was delicious.

Bath time sure is fun with all those kids.  At least the kids had fun splashing around.

What to do for fun with all those kids?  Because let's face it, the boys are just big kids.  Let's see we played the wii...

We played in the bounce a round...

We had campfires with plenty of smores...

And we just hung out...

Here is a great picture of Jace's and my family.  We sure owe Mindy for all these great family photos.  She took so many great ones I couldn't really decide what to use for the blog.

Corn Maze and More Landon

November 1, 2008
We went to Huber Farms in Indiana and played on the toys and went through the corn maze.  It wasn't exactly like the ones back home, but we had a lot of fun playing around. Landon loved watching the ducks in the pond there.  Then we bought some apples and ate some fried chicken and called it a day.

Landon loving his tonka truck and being like mom and dad on the phone.  Now he makes his dad hook the dog leash and pull him around in circles for at least 15 minutes every night.  In fact that is what they are doing right now as I write this!

I bought this toy for Landon at the store, I just couldn't resist and after showing him once or twice he definitely got the hang of it.  He also could take 4 or 5 steps, but then he would fall over and just crawl to wherever he was going.  About 3 weeks before he could only walk about one step before falling over.  About a week after this he started walking all the time.  Oh, and it was our seventh anniversary.  We must be getting old to be married that long!

Halloween

October 17th, 2008
We went to the zoo where they have a halloween party and they have the whole place decorated for trick or treating and many fairytale creatures and superhero characters join you.  It was a lot of fun and the weather was beautiful.
Wow, Superman is holding me!
October 25th
The ward halloween party can be described by hot dogs, runway walk, and trick or treating.  It is always a lot of fun to go room to room trick or treating and everyone decorates a room and let me tell you some of the rooms were over the top!
Our family, I dressed as if I still lived in the eighties.  It's a shame you can't really see the blue eyeliner and eyeshadow.  I actually ended up loving the lime green legwarmers, I almost wore them on a normal day.  J/K
Landon is either a dragon or a dinosaur, we never really figured it out.  He's just whatever he wants it to be later on!
We finally got around to carving the pumpkin the day before halloween and as you can tell Landon loved it.
